Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

2. Refund eligibility

Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except in cases such as duplicate payment, technical failure, incorrect charge, or other cases approved by ObreroX.

3. Refund request period

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment. Requests after this period may be reviewed at our discretion.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and bank.
