1. Service provider

ObreroX is operated by OBREROX TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., Thailand. ObreroX provides construction workforce management software and related subscription services.

2. Services

The platform may include attendance management, payroll records, wage advance request records, task confirmations, inspection records, multilingual worker communication, and work discussion tools.

3. Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure and ensuring that only authorized users access their company workspace.

4. Subscription fees

Subscription fees are displayed on our Pricing page. Worker app access is free for registered workers under a customer workspace. Management user fees may apply according to the selected plan.

5. Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service for illegal activity, fraudulent activity, harassment, spam, malware, or unauthorized access.

6. Service availability

We work to provide stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party service failures may affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObreroX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
